Special Education Teacher - Naperville, IL

This position is for a Special Education Early Childhood Teacher specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder, serving students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. The role is a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year, located in Channahon, IL. The program focuses on communication and adaptive behavior within the autism program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver specialized instruction and support in communication and adaptive behavior.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of student performance and communication with families.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification in Special Education.
• Experience teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, preferably in early childhood settings.
