Key Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (required)
- Experience or strong interest in working within inclusion settings
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of elementary students
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and families

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide specially designed instruction and support to first and second grade students with varying needs within general education classrooms
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lessons and implement accommodations as established in students’ IEPs
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
- Foster a classroom climate that values diversity and cultivates inclusion
This is a contract position starting as soon as possible, with work extending through May 28, 2027. The weekly commitment is 35 hours, offering a consistent schedule that aligns with the school year.
