Join our team as a virtual special education case manager! We're looking for an experienced special educator who thrives on organization, compliance, and student advocacy. This remote role allows you to work from home while coordinating services for students across New Hampshire.

About This Role: Your primary responsibility will be managing a caseload of approximately 50-55 students in grades K-12, ensuring they receive appropriate special education services and supports. Working 35-37.5 hours weekly, you'll handle all aspects of case management from initial referrals through ongoing service delivery and annual reviews.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating the evaluation process for students referred for special education
  • Scheduling and facilitating IEP team meetings
  • Writing comprehensive IEPs that address student needs and comply with regulations
  • Monitoring service delivery to ensure IEPs are implemented with fidelity
  • Tracking all compliance timelines for evaluations, meetings, and reviews
  • Serving as liaison between families, schools, and service providers
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation in compliance systems
  • Responding to parent questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with general and special education teachers
  • Providing guidance on accommodations, modifications, and interventions
  • Ensuring proper implementation of specially designed instruction
  • Participating in MDT meetings and problem-solving processes
  • Staying current on special education law and best practices

What We Require: Master's degree required / Active New Hampshire special education certification / Minimum 2 years of school-based special education experience / Strong knowledge of IDEA and special education regulations / Excellent written and verbal communication skills / Exceptional organizational abilities / Experience with IEP development and case management / Proficiency with technology and virtual platforms / Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Your Caseload: Students will have diverse needs and disability categories including learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and other health impairments.
