You’ll play a vital role providing tailored instruction and guidance to help every student thrive both academically and emotionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Education (required)
• Experience working with young learners in a classroom or school setting
• Knowledge of IEP processes, differentiated instruction, and positive behavior strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with parents, students, and fellow educators
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, nurturing environments where all children can succeed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction for elementary-age students with varied needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating with general education teachers and families
• Support students’ academic, social, and behavioral development using evidence-based practices
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and growth
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings, adhering to school and district guidelines

This full-time opportunity runs from August 2026 to June 2027, offering a weekly schedule of 32.5 to 37.5 hours and an engaging, professional setting committed to inclusive education.
