• Prior experience working with elementary or middle school students in a special education setting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet individual student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with diverse learning needs
