Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and academic support to middle school students with special needs during a 6-week maternity leave coverage.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet student goals.
- Modify curriculum and adapt teaching methods for students with diverse abilities.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success.
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold district and state compliance standards.
- Cultivate a structured, inclusive classroom environment onsite.
