Special Education Teacher | New Haven, Connecticut

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood populations preferred
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and early intervention strategies
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom climate
• Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with each child’s IEP goals
