Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and goals
  • Deliver differentiated instruction in all academic subjects to address unique learning styles
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment
  • Collect data and monitor student progress, adjusting instructional methods as needed
  • Encourage positive social interactions and develop functional life skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate regularly with general education staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic student support
