Licensed educators with a cross-categorical certification in Wisconsin are encouraged to share their talents and join an enthusiastic community committed to student development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin cross-categorical Special Education license
  • Experience with kindergarten through 2nd grade students
  • Background in teaching students with mild to moderate requirements
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs
  • Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate student records and effective communication with families
  • Promote social-emotional skills and adaptive strategies within the classroom
  • Foster a safe, nurturing setting for every learner
