Travel Special Education Teacher in New York, NY

A school district in New York, NY is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs. This role involves working directly with students requiring individualized educational plans and collaborating with general education staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participating in ongoing assessments
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
