A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the full school year, working with K-3rd grade students in a school setting located in Newark, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of K-3rd grade students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure educational goals are met.
- Adapt classroom materials and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and IEP compliance.

Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience teaching special education students in early elementary grades (K-3).
