Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Special Education Teacher, Intervention Specialist, or equivalent credential (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with elementary students, ideally within special education or resource room settings
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral management and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:
