Multiple contract opportunities are available for dedicated Special Education Teachers, beginning as soon as possible or for the upcoming school year. Build meaningful connections with students ranging from PreK through Grade 12 in vibrant school settings, with 37.5 hours per week and a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid New York State Special Education Teacher Certification for relevant grade levels
  • Master’s Degree in Education (MA)
  • Experience working with children in special education settings, preferably in school environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passionate about making learning accessible for all students

Role Highlights:

  • Deliver targeted instruction and support to students with special needs across a range of ages (Preschool to Grade 12)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including general education teachers, therapists, and families
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment designed to maximize student success and engagement
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
