Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) for the designated grade levels

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff

- Ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics and promote a supportive environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated instruction in accordance with students' IEPs to meet academic, emotional, and behavioral goals
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure compliance with IDEA and other regulations
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions compassionately with parents and guardians
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to encourage engagement, independence, and success
- Contribute positively to the school community and participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
