• Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Adaptive Curriculum (Adapted Curriculum/Adapted Standards) certification required
• Experience working with high school and/or middle school caseloads

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of high school and middle school students requiring adaptive curriculum instruction
• Design, modify, and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students’ specific needs
• Collaborate with general educators, school support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Monitor, track, and report student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
• Conduct IEP meetings and maintain all related compliance documentation
• Provide direct instruction as well as consultation support to address both academic and behavioral development
