Special Education Teacher - Nisswa, MN

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching license (applicable to K-5)
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Experience with diverse learning needs and behavioral strategies
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a background in mentoring or team guidance preferred
• Effective communication abilities with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and monitoring of IEPs for elementary students
• Develop and adapt instructional materials to accommodate varying learning styles

• Provide guidance and mentorship to special education staff
