Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-specific or eligible for reciprocity)
- Experience managing IEPs and resource room caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and teaching teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide resource services for students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for caseload
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
