• Learning Support for Grades 1st & 2nd: Work with small breakout groups (up to 12 students), offering targeted instruction in Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies.
• Learning Support for Grades 2nd & 3rd: Provide the same dedicated support for small groups in essential academic subjects.
• Kindergarten, Inclusion: Play a vital role inside the classroom, supporting inclusion and individualized learning strategies.

This full-time role begins August 19th for teachers, with the school year starting September 2nd for students. Work hours run from 8:00am to 3:45pm, offering a structured weekday schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid and active Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working in elementary or early childhood special education settings
• Skill in planning and delivering differentiated instruction based on student needs
• Ability to collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing individualized and small-group instructional plans
• Supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social growth
• Collaborating on IEP development and progress monitoring
• Building relationships with families and support staff to maximize student success
• Maintaining detailed documentation and reporting on student performance
