Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid PA Special Education Teacher certification (candidates with an emergency certification will also be considered)
• Experience teaching elementary or upper elementary students is a plus
• Familiarity with push-in Special Education service models
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Committed to delivering personalized instruction and support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide push-in Special Education services to 4th and 5th grade students, supporting them in mainstream classroom settings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages engagement and progress
• Differentiate lessons and instructional strategies to meet each student's unique needs
• Collect data, monitor progress, and communicate regularly with families and team members
• Participate actively in school meetings, professional development, and IEP reviews
