Flexible scheduling options are available, with both a standard 5-day workweek (37.5 hours/week) and an alternate 4-day workweek (30 hours/week) to fit your lifestyle and work-life balance needs. School hours run from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching certification required
• Experience supporting high school-aged students with diverse learning needs
• Comfortable developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong classroom management abilities
• Passionate about providing meaningful support to students and contributing positively to a school community

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct instruction and specialized support for 9th and 10th grade students on your caseload
• Develop, follow, and document IEP goals and progress
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, families, and support personnel

• Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and parent conferences
