Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students’ unique needs and learning styles
• Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
• Engage families in meaningful communication regarding student performance and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other school functions as required
