Key Qualifications:
- Valid 5–12 Moderate Special Education Certification required
- Experience working with middle or high school students
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instructional services tailored to students with moderate disabilities in middle or high school settings
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt curriculum materials to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners
- Implement evidence-based strategies for behavioral, academic, and social-emotional success
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed for optimal outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff to ensure continuity of services
