Key Qualifications:

• Valid 5–12 Moderate Special Education Certification required
• Experience working with middle or high school students
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional services tailored to students with moderate disabilities in middle or high school settings
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt curriculum materials to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners
• Implement evidence-based strategies for behavioral, academic, and social-emotional success
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed for optimal outcomes
• Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff to ensure continuity of services
