Key Responsibilities:
- Take primary responsibility for case management for high school students, ensuring IEP compliance and exceptional support.
- Coordinate and lead IEP meetings, evaluations, and re-evaluations, maintaining timely and thorough documentation.
- Write, maintain, and track IEPs, ensuring all deadlines and compliance standards are met.
- Engage in consistent collaboration with a core team of teachers and service providers to support shared students across the grades.
- Maintain ongoing communication with staff and families on student progress, goals, and concerns.
- Analyze academic and behavioral data to drive IEP decisions and support individualized instruction.
- Oversee the implementation of accommodations and modifications across instructional settings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont Special Educator licensure (VT DOE SPED credentialing required).
- Previous experience as a Vermont virtual SPED case manager.
