Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student progress and update goals as needed in cooperation with families and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Participate in assessment, eligibility, and placement processes.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
  • Support students’ social-emotional growth as well as academic achievement.
