• Valid special education certification or eligibility for Connecticut certification
• Experience with reading intervention programs (SPIRE, WILSON, OG, etc.)—required for the 6th grade ELA/Math position
• Comfort supporting middle schoolers in specialized and resource settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing specialized instruction to 6th grade students in ELA, math, and reading (first opening)
• Utilizing intervention strategies to support literacy and numeracy
• Supporting grades 6-8 as an Academic Assistance teacher, focusing on executive functioning and core academics (second opening)
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
