Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility)
• Experience teaching students with special needs, preferably in elementary grades
• Proficiency adapting general education curriculum and accommodations
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage students, parents, and colleagues
• Skilled at developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Team-oriented approach with a solid work ethic and creative problem-solving
