An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher dedicated to supporting students in grades 8 through 12. This position offers a resource caseload of approximately 10 students, providing targeted assistance to help them succeed academically and personally. The role includes 20 hours per week, consisting of partial days on Mondays and full days on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Mild/Moderate Special Education teaching license required
- Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
- Ability to manage a resource caseload effectively
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues

Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to each student’s unique learning needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to support academic progress
- Monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies as needed
