This position is based near Nyssa, OR, with a consistent 32-hour workweek, Monday through Thursday.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience providing special education services in virtual or remote school environments
• Proficiency in IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
• Strong communication skills for engaging students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Comfort with educational technology, learning management systems, and online instruction
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learner needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction to students with varying needs through virtual platforms
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians to foster student success
• Utilize assessment data to tailor interventions and track progress
