Serving 60 students through a virtual school platform, you’ll engage with innovative educational technology, collaborate with a progressive team, and gain valuable experience managing remote learning environments. These 32-hour workweeks (Monday through Thursday) free up extended weekends for travel and personal pursuits. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid and current Special Education Teacher certification
  • Experience with K-12 students in a virtual or in-person setting
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and individualized instruction
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Energy, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction to 60 students through an interactive virtual format
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with virtual support staff, parents, and the greater school community
  • Track student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom atmosphere
