Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction targeting transition goals, emphasizing vocational readiness, functional academics, and daily living skills

• Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and parents/guardians
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Support students in community-based and on-campus work experiences
