You’ll be collaborating closely with a dedicated educational team to deliver resource support to two middle school caseloads, making a meaningful difference in students’ academic journeys.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential (required)
• Experience working in a school setting with middle school students preferred
• Solid understanding of intervention strategies and IEP development
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Provide Resource Specialist Program (RSP) services for two middle school caseloads
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support students’ success
• Collect and analyze data to inform instructional decisions and monitor progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes growth and achievement

Pay ranges from $45–$55 per hour, reflective of your expertise and commitment.
