Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching license is required
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive classroom

• Compassionate communication and excellent classroom management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for a class of 15 elementary students
• Adapt lessons and materials to address diverse academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, assistants, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress, maintain IEP documentation, and participate in team meetings
• Communicate regularly with families to support each child’s learning and growth
