This position requires a skilled educator to function as a Push-In Resource Teacher and collaborate through co-teaching in at least two core content areas. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction as a Push-In Resource Teacher within general education classrooms
• Co-teach in a minimum of two core content subjects, collaborating closely with general education teachers
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize academic and social growth
• Maintain effective communication with students, families, and school staff to ensure consistent support
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning atmosphere on-site at a vibrant middle school

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Previous classroom experience in special education, especially in push-in or co-teaching models
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation processes
