As a valued team member, you will guide a classroom setting with a manageable caseload of 8 students, focusing on personalized learning and fostering an inclusive, enriching experience for all learners.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Kansas (KS) Low Incidence Special Education License (required)
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in special education settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, families, and support staff
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual educational plans and student goals
• Dedication to nurturing student progress both academically and socially

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction in an elementary classroom setting within the LIFT Program
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed records and communicate student progress with parents and other educational professionals
• Collaborate actively with classroom aides, therapists, and administration to promote student success
• Create an engaging, safe, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
