Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Special Education Teaching License required
• Experience with early childhood and/or elementary-aged students strongly preferred
• Comfortable with intensive skills settings, particularly supporting students on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with team members and families
• Utilize evidence-based strategies to support learning, communication, and behavior
• Track student progress and maintain compliance with all documentation
• Facilitate an engaging, safe, and positive classroom for all learners
