Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-approved)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Previous experience working with students who have varying disabilities
  • Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt lessons and strategies to individual student needs
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom culture

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to adapt curriculum
  • Use data-driven instruction and evaluations to track student progress

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student goals and achievements
