  • Understanding of current best practices in special education instruction and behavior support
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to individual education plans
  • Conduct IEP meetings, write and update IEP documentation, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students as needed
