Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education certification (License #2801) is required.
- Demonstrated experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
- Passion for delivering differentiated instruction and fostering a supportive classroom community.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of a cross-categorical program.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction and individualized support to students with a range of disabilities in a single classroom setting.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and confidence.
