Special Education Teacher in Ontario, OR

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential
• Previous experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and digital classroom management
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in a fully virtual setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support personnel to provide a holistic approach to student success
• Utilize data-driven assessments to monitor progress and adjust instruction as necessary
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and virtual school functions
