What we’re seeking:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience in designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong virtual classroom management and technology skills
• Understanding of diverse learning needs and adaptive instructional techniques
• Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with families, staff, and service providers
• Commitment to fostering a positive, encouraging online classroom atmosphere

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student IEPs to meet each learner's unique needs
• Deliver engaging instruction through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and participation
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to promote academic success
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress reports
• Participate in virtual staff meetings and ongoing professional development
