Special Education Teacher - Oregon City, Oregon

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid credentials as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with early childhood student populations
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation best practices
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff, support professionals, and families
• Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies and supports as needed
• Maintain compliance with all special education reporting and documentation
• Communicate regularly and constructively with parents, staff, and caregivers
