Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching licensure appropriate for elementary grades
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• At least 2 years of experience working in Special Education is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with staff and parents

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Track and document student progress, reporting outcomes as required
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers and related services staff to ensure each child’s needs are met
• Support positive classroom management and foster an encouraging learning environment
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
