Exciting contract opportunity available for a bilingual Special Education Teacher fluent in both English and Spanish, working with junior high students in an onsite setting. This position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, focusing on delivering specialized support to 6th-8th grade students. The caseload will include classes of 20 or fewer students, fostering a more personalized learning environment where student needs take top priority.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Special Education Teacher licensure is required
- Demonstrated fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience teaching junior high or high school students in special education settings

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students

- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom culture that values each learner

This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of 33.75 hours per week, allowing for a balanced approach to both teaching and collaboration with your educational team.
