Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin cross-categorical Special Education teaching license required
- Experience supporting students in K-2nd grade preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group instruction for students with moderate and mild disabilities
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports learning and development
- Collaborate with co-teachers, therapists, and paraprofessionals to deliver comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and participate in team meetings
