Key Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin cross-categorical Special Education teaching license
• Experience working with early elementary (K-2) students preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs, aligned with IEPs
• Manage a class of approximately 10 students with varying abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
• Utilize research-based instructional strategies targeting both academic and social-emotional growth
• Participate in regular team meetings, professional development, and progress monitoring
• Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
