Special Education Teacher in Osseo, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required (Tier 3 or Tier 4)
• Demonstrated experience in Special Education within elementary environments preferred
• Ability to provide individualized and small group resource support
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning experiences for all students
• Must submit MN Teaching Certification and an updated resume to be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource-based special education services to assigned elementary caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers
• Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports as required
• Create accommodating, engaging classroom environments for diverse learners
• Support school-wide initiatives related to student growth, behavior, and inclusion

Position Details:

• Full academic year role: approximately August 26, 2026 to June 10, 2027
• Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week in an onsite elementary resource setting
