What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License, or eligibility to obtain through reciprocity
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs, and managing special education caseloads
• Superb communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Understanding of IDEA, compliance, and Minnesota special education guidelines
• Preferred backgrounds: Academic and Behavioral Strategist (ABS), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Developmental Disabilities (DD), Learning Disabilities (LD)

Current Openings:

• Special Education Assessment Teacher: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate in eligibility meetings, write evaluation reports, and support IEP development.
• Special Education Teacher – Setting III/IV: Support high school students in a therapeutic environment utilizing trauma-informed and behavioral interventions.
• Elementary ASD Center-Based Teacher: Design and deliver individualized support for students with ASD, utilizing structured teaching, visual, and communication supports.
