Special Education Teacher | Osseo, Minnesota

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience supporting students with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred
• Familiarity with center-based elementary special education programs is advantageous
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction within the Ready, Set, Launch program for elementary-aged learners
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with colleagues, related service providers, and families to foster student progress
• Document student growth and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages independence and achievement
• Participate in professional development and training as needed

This contract runs from August 31, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday.
