Special Education Teacher - Osseo, Minnesota

Make a meaningful impact as a Special Education Teacher in a contract role supporting students with diverse learning needs. This assignment will take place at a welcoming school community in the greater Osseo area. You'll be working within a center-based LAUNCH program, making a difference in the lives of students who require personalized educational strategies and support.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Possession of a valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with centerbased or setting III special education populations
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student goals
• Team-oriented mindset; collaborates effectively with staff, families, and support professionals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload responsibilities efficiently

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction using best practices in special education
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance documentation
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates differences and supports student growth
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning opportunities

Assignment Details:

• Contract period: August 31, 2026 – June 10, 2027
• Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week
• Center-based LAUNCH setting for students requiring specialized attention
