Special Education Teacher | Osseo, Minnesota

You'll be working in a setting III/centerbase environment, providing essential instruction and guidance in a LAUNCH program designed to support diverse student needs. Collaborate with a dedicated educational team to deliver individualized learning plans and cultivate an inclusive classroom community.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license at Tier 3 or Tier 4 required
• Previous experience in special education settings, particularly setting III or centerbase, is advantageous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt instructional strategies
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs
• Provide direct instruction to students with varied abilities, ensuring access to appropriate educational resources
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
• Support positive behavioral interventions and promote student growth
