Special Education Teacher in Osseo, MN

This position will be housed at a well-resourced early childhood center, offering the chance to support young learners during their critical developmental years.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience working with early childhood (ages 3-5) preferred
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individualized needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with families, staff, and support professionals
• Passion for fostering inclusive, engaging classroom environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to young learners
• Provide direct instruction and intervention to support developmental, academic, and social progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff
• Regularly communicate with families about student growth and strategies for success
• Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state requirements
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where every child can thrive
