Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of direct special education teaching experience (general ed, paraprofessional, and substitute experience not eligible)
• Valid Tier 3 or 4 MN Special Education license (ASD, DCD, EBD, or ABS)
• Appropriate endorsements per assignment (ASD/DCD for Center-Based ASD/DCD placements, EBD/ASD/DCD for Center-Based SEL, any endorsement for Resource roles)

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support for students with special needs in elementary settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary educational teams and administrators
