Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 Special Education License
  • Endorsement in at least one: ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disorder), EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorder), or ABS (Academic Behavior Strategist)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ direct Special Education classroom teaching experience (excluding general ed, paraprofessional, or substitute work)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and support for students in Center-Based ASD/DCD and SEL settings across elementary schools
  • Manage caseloads at multiple sites, fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adapt curriculum and implement behavioral strategies
  • Monitor and document student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
