Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (active or eligible in MN)
• Experience developing and adapting curriculum for middle school learners (grades 6–8)
• Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Passion for working with students of diverse learning backgrounds

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions to students with a variety of learning needs
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in partnership with families and team members
• Track and document student progress, communicating key updates to stakeholders
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and help guide data-driven instructional decisions
• Foster a positive, respectful, and achievement-oriented classroom culture
